One routine exam a year for glasses or contacts, plus an allowance toward frames and lenses. VSP and EyeMed.

The optical you knew as Eyes West is still here, in Suite 116. Try on whatever you like, for as long as you like — there is no quota and no scripted upsell.
Lenses are ordered and fitted here, against the prescription written in the room next door, so nothing is lost between the exam and the glasses you walk out with.
Bring your current frames if you like them. We can often match the fit and improve the lenses.

Is it covered?
Your vision plan — VSP or EyeMed — usually gives you an allowance toward frames and lenses once a year, on top of the routine exam. We apply it at the counter, so you see the real price before you decide.

The lens matters more than the frame
A beautiful frame with the wrong lens is still the wrong pair of glasses. We fit single vision, progressive, anti-fatigue, blue-filter, photochromic and prescription sun lenses in-house, measured on your face rather than estimated.
If you spend your day on a screen, ask about a dedicated office lens — it is usually the single biggest comfort upgrade available.

Best for glasses and contacts. Covers one routine exam a year to update your prescription, plus an allowance toward frames, lenses or contacts.
Eye health and disease
Covers diabetic exams, glaucoma, dry eye, retinal disease, injuries, infections, sudden vision changes and ongoing monitoring.
What to bring

New patient paperwork covers your health history, your medications, consent and privacy notices, and how you’d like us to contact you. If you’d rather fill it in at home than in the waiting room, call the office and we’ll email or post it to you before your appointment.

Dr. Levashvili sees patients of every age, from a child’s eye exam to long-term diabetic and glaucoma monitoring. She also handles contact lens fittings, dry eye care and drug-therapy monitoring, including Plaquenil and GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic and Mounjaro.
